Prior, the Vice President of Finance  at Legrand Building Controls System and before, the Vice President of Business Development and IT at Sparta Systems.  Honeywell acquired Sparta Systems for $1.3 billion in 2021. Spearheading the company’s M&A strategy, execution, as well as post M&A integration activities and is responsible for all systems and IT operations growth.  Sparta Systems, an industry pioneer and global leading provider of enterprise quality management software (EQMS) solutions, enables businesses to safely and efficiently deliver their products to market. Its TrackWise EQMS, a trusted standard among highly regulated industries, is used by quality, manufacturing and regulatory affairs professionals to manage compliance, reduce risk and improve safety across the global enterprise. Headquartered in New Jersey and with locations across Europe and Asia, Sparta Systems maintains an extensive install base in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology, medical device, electronics manufacturing, and consumer products markets. Prior to 1WorldSync, the finance director for Johnson & Johnson’s Ortho Clinical Diagnostics (“Ortho”) Worldwide Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance and Systems, leading global risk management and corporate governance.  Ortho’s worldwide sales exceed $2 billion.  Was also the finance director for North America and global Cellular Technologies business units.  Earlier, the finance director for J&J Vision Care (Acuvue) global supply chain, based in Jacksonville, Florida and the J&J Vision Care finance and IT director for the Asia Pacific region, based in Singapore. 

Industry expertise in information technology (Sparta Systems, 1WorldSync, and Siebel Systems-Oracle), medical device (Johnson & Johnson; Boston Scientific), and consumer products (Johnson & Johnson Vision Care - Acuvue brand).  Have extensive experience in managing global operations and multi-office locations in many countries, strong hands-on skills in executing various business models (i.e., direct, reseller, and distributor) and in-depth knowledge of international trade and business. 

Business credentials include certified public accountant (CPA ex. PwC), with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting/filing experience, chartered global management accountant, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
